Shipping Policy
  1. Shipping Options

We offer different shipping methods to suit our customers’ needs and preferences. All shipments are processed and shipped from our facilities with the utmost care.

– Standard shipping in Peru: Delivery within 10 business days.

– International Shipping: We offer shipping to a selection of international countries with delivery times varying between 10-20 business days depending on the destination.

– Personalized delivery: For our most exclusive clients, we offer a personalized delivery service that can be coordinated directly with our customer service team.

  1. Processing Times

Once your purchase is confirmed, your order will be processed for shipping within 5 business days. During periods of high demand or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We promise to keep you informed about the status of your order through the Orders page.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the shipping option selected. During the checkout process, you will be able to see the total cost before finalizing your order.

– Pick up in store: We offer free shipping to our Boutique located at Calle Conde de Monclova 239, San Isidro.

– Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $1000 for local destinations in Lima, Peru.

– International Shipping Rates: International shipping costs vary depending on the customer’s location and will be calculated at checkout.

  1. Taxes and Customs Duties

International shipments may be subject to taxes, tariffs and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and may vary depending on the regulations of each country. Our goal is to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not available to receive your package, a notification will be left with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up at a nearby delivery location.

Due to local regulations or carrier restrictions, some products or destinations may be subject to restrictions. In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer a full refund. If your delivery address is subject to restrictions, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.

Return policy

1. Conditions for Returns

We accept product returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition and with all original labels intact.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including boxes, bags, and any accessories or documentation provided.
  • The return request must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • Some final sale or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in the product.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if necessary).
  3. You will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and detailed instructions for shipping the item to our facility.

3. Return costs

  • For returns within Peru, we offer free return shipping via our authorized courier service.
  • For international returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or errors in the order.

Note: We are not responsible for returned products that do not arrive at our facilities. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for added security.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

At Tom Gutie, we perform rigorous quality control. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. After reviewing your case, we will provide you with the options for replacement, repair or full refund, also covering the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and inspect it to verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 30 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund processing times: Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error on our part.

6. Changes

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, we recommend returning your purchase and placing a new order through our website.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return, unless defective:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products.
  • Items on final sale or under special promotions.
  • Beauty products, fragrances, or intimate accessories (for hygiene reasons).

8. International Returns

If you place an order outside of Peru, you are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any taxes or duties that may apply in your country. We are not responsible for these additional costs or any customs delays in the return process.
