At TOM GUTIE, we are proud of our artisans who work with us to create high-end quality coats that are 100% made in Peru. Each of our products is meticulously crafted in our atelier. Our artisans, of 85 % of whom are women, form the heart of our brand. Our human-sized atelier allows Tomás to continuously train every person who works here, ensuring the highest details in our products and quality craftmanship.
Additionally, our commitment to excellence starts with a great respect for the fibers we use. Because we believe that sourcing the highest quality fibers—soft, durable, and treated with respect throughout their lifecycle—is a core value at TOM GUTIE.

At TOM GUTIE, we belive in giving a chance to everyone regardless of their gender, skills or birthplace. Tomas hismelf provide a training to anyone who joins us. We teach to all our artisans the art of coat tailoring, from cutting the patterns to sewing. Tomas ensures that every artisans who works in our atelier becomes the best at creating a high-end quality coats. At TOM GUTIE we prioritize craftmanship and deep understanding of the process. By doing so, we produce unique coats and also foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Working with one of the most delicate fibers, such as alpaca fiber, is a great opportunity. And we want to make sure every artisans in our atelier understands its characteristics and handling techniques. THE BRAND SIGNATURE
We cultivate the richness of our coats down to the smallest details. And after years of experience, our artisans have developped expertise in making belts and belt loops. The belt is there to define and structure women’s waist, creating a harmonious silhouette. Additionally, it adds visual interest to the coat, generating dynamism that emphasizes the waist.
